Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 389bd ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us"). Each player is permitted to hold one account on 389bd. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances within them.

Bonuses and Promotions

389bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Players are responsible for reading promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer.

• §All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Prohibited Activities
